AutoCAD P&ID’s Tips and Tricks

June 2, 2010

Tip

Using the square grip in the middle of a symbol not only lets you move the symbol along a process line, it also lets you move the symbol to a different process line. of course, you will not lose any intelligence. the process line it is move to will also break and the symbol will take the correct flow direction. undo the square grip command, do not reuse the command to put it back on the original location.
